Which material?
Grade 316 stainless steel (brushed silver): marine grade and the best choice near the coast. By the sea, rinse it with fresh water regularly to keep it bright.
Powder-coated aluminium (black, white, charcoal, grey or bronze): contains no iron, so it won't rust.
Why not 304 stainless or powder-coated mild steel? They're cheaper, but 304 can stain and spot with rust near the sea, and mild steel rusts under the paint once the coating chips.
