Shipping policy

Shipping Options:

Post net to Post net cost starting @ R120.00, If choosing this option we will send to the nearest post net to you and post net will send you a pick up notification when your package is ready for collection from them.

Allow 3-4 working days after shipping for collection sms is sent from your nearest post net.

Door to door courier costs starting @ R135.00, if choosing this option, once order is dispatched it will take 2-3 working days to arrive at your chosen delivery address.

Please be advised due to Load Shedding we do encounter electrical issues with our laser cutting machines which may cause a delay, if this happens we will notify you via email.

Orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days from order placement for all in stock items. If item is out of stock we will notify you via email as it will take 5-10 working days to laser cut.

To check if items are in stock please mail us on darren@dcdesigners.co.za with a description of the exact product you are looking to purchase.

Personalized and wall art design items will take 2 weeks to be manufactured and shipped.
